The Brief

Contracted in April 2018, The Leisure Marketing People were bought in to provide a full marketing overhaul to an already successful holiday park. Located on the East Yorkshire Coast, Patrington Haven Leisure Park is an owners only holiday park with over 480 pitches and 80 staff. Working closely with the senior leadership team, we took an in-depth look at their customer data and worked out a marketing plan to bring Patrington Haven Leisure Park’s marketing efforts into the 21st Century. As well as some big headline projects like a new website and mobile app, we focused on getting the basics right and concentrated on communicating most effectively with their customers. This philosophy has delivered some amazing results for the park who experienced their best ever year in 2019. • New website • App implementation using our innovative Park Connect white-label tech • Modernisation and standardisation of the brand and print marketing • Implemented several digital marketing initiatives including social media advertising and PPC campaigns
